Hmm.I went to lions' home for the elders(which is at toa payoh rise)to do cip with seow tong,lian na,li tene,chee may and sharon.We were supposed to meet there but i was one of the late ones(obviously i over shot while taking the bus)Cannot blame me because i was not familar with the surroundings there.
When i reach there,a bunch of girls were already there,doing something about chopsticks.Our job is to check and package chopsticks,ensuring they are safe for use.I think these chopsticks are actually packaged by elders in the home.Then they didnt check the chopsticks,we are there to check and repack for them.Although it was boring packing,but it was interesting doing most of the things.
Finally,we had break at their canteen,which we had to use 'steal' in order to get our food.Because the manager was afraid that her boss saw us 'steal' the food.Her boss didnt allow the volunteers to take food from them,as we are not their staffs.We managed to 'steal' the food,we ate it all(the food on the plate).After the break,we continued checking and packing the chopsticks.
We did the job for 6hrs,it was not very bored because we had companies from other school and some staff from the home.Some more with the interesting manager.HOHOHO
